About

This Weblog is intended to collect anything available about the phenomenon “Bibliophilately” which is mainly about stamps topically related to libraries, librarians, library collections etc.

Of course the etymological origin of the term Bibliophilately implies a much wider topical spectrum (you can find more on this here) but I currently limit my collection to the aforementioned topics and thematics.

Anything who likes to is welcomed to participate.

If you do or if you have any questions regarding what I’m/we are doing here just go ahead and contact me: Ben Kaden.

    Hello Ben Kaden,
It is a with pleasure to read and see your site. Since 1967 I am an ardent collector of ‘librariana’ including postage stamps,
etchings, postcards relating to libraries, reading rooms and archives, models of bookmobiles, etc. Later this year I will visit some Berlin libraries and if you want I can take some double materials for you.
